The artwork portrays the time-less feeling of calm within us that can be found under the surface of stress that we experience, once we take a breath.

It encapsulates the moment  when we let the sun illuminate our face and we sit in a fully relaxed state.

It is also a moment of strength within us - this is why the bench is on the summit of a mountain.
